Jon Christopher Porter (born May 16, 1955) is a former American politician who represented Nevada in the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. Representative for Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District from January 7, 2003, to January 3, 2009. During his tenure, he completed three terms in Congress.

Porter’s service in the House marked his role as a federal lawmaker for one of Nevada’s congressional districts during the early 2000s.
