John Schneller is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough District 2. He assumed office on December 4, 2024, and his current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.
John Schneller has a rich background in financial services and community involvement. He is currently a partner and Chief Financial Officer at Finanova Financial Services, a financial technology firm. With nearly three decades of experience in financial analysis, banking, and executive management, John has cultivated a deep understanding of both the private sector and public service. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, and a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University.
Beyond his professional achievements, John has been an active member of his local community in Bedford, New Hampshire. He has served on the Bedford Town Council, the Bedford School Board, the Energy Commission, and the School Curriculum Committee. His dedication to education and local governance reflects his commitment to fostering a collaborative and thriving community.
John is also deeply involved in volunteer work. He has coached lacrosse for local teams, including the Cannons and Bishop Guertin’s nationally recognized program. As a long-standing member of the Bedford Men’s Club, he has contributed to various charitable activities, from selling Christmas trees to funding local sports, scouting, and educational programs.
John and his wife, Doreen, have been married for over 20 years and have raised two sons in Bedford. Both of their sons are Eagle Scouts, a testament to the family’s values of perseverance and community service. The Schneller family enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, camping, and swimming, and they are committed to preserving the natural beauty of New Hampshire.
