John Joseph O’Connor (born November 23, 1885) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York. He represented New York’s 16th Congressional District and served eight consecutive terms in Congress. His tenure in the House began on December 3, 1923, and concluded on January 3, 1939, marking a sixteen-year career at the federal legislative level.

During his time in office, O’Connor served as a Representative for New York under the banner of the Democratic Party.
