John Arthur Maguire (born November 29, 1870) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Nebraska. He represented Nebraska’s 1st Congressional District and is recorded as a historical member of Congress who served in the early twentieth century.

Maguire served three terms in the U.S. House as a Representative from March 15, 1909, to March 3, 1915. During this period, he was affiliated with the Democratic Party and held office as a member of the House of Representatives for Nebraska’s 1st District.
