John Theodore Buckbee (born August 1, 1871) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Illinois. He represented Illinois’s 12th Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the late 1920s and 1930s. Buckbee’s congressional career placed him among the historical members of Congress from Illinois during a period of significant national change.

Buckbee began his service in the U.S. House of Representatives on December 5, 1927, and remained in office until January 3, 1937.
