Biography

Jessica Bahmuller is an American politician with a strong commitment to conservative values. She currently represents the 19th district in the South Dakota House of Representatives, alongside Drew Peterson. As a member of the Republican Party, she advocates for pro-2nd Amendment rights, supports veterans and first responders, and champions fiscal responsibility.

Growing up, Jessica was actively involved in 4-H and FFA, instilling in her a sense of community service from a young age. She graduated from SDSU with a degree in business and has always been passionate about preserving South Dakota’s way of life for future generations.

In addition to her political career, Jessica works part-time for her family’s business and serves on the SD Wildlife Expo board. An avid hunter and NRA member, she understands the importance of protecting our rich agricultural resources and supporting small businesses in the state.

Jessica is married to an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran and has three children in the public school system. Her dedication to good governance, common sense, and main street values drives her work in Pierre, where she strives to make a positive impact on South Dakota’s communities.
