Born and raised in Selah, Washington, Jeremie Dufault has deep roots in the Yakima Valley. He attended A.C. Davis High School and later pursued higher education at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by earning a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a career marked by service and leadership.

Dufault’s professional journey includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he was deployed to Kuwait and Afghanistan. His military service, particularly as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, reflects his commitment to his country and his dedication to addressing veterans’ issues. After his military tenure, he transitioned into the private sector as a real estate developer, specializing in housing solutions for seniors, students, and families.
