Jennifer Lynch is a member of the Democratic Party and represents District 73 in the Montana House of Representatives. She assumed office on January 2, 2023, and her current term is set to end on January 6, 2025. Jennifer Lynch ran for election to the Montana House of Representatives to represent District 73 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Born and residing in Butte, Montana, Lynch’s career experience includes working as an educator at Emerson Elementary. She also became the negotiating chairperson for the Butte Teacher’s Union. Outside of politics, Lynch continues to serve as a teacher and the negotiating chairperson of the Butte Teacher’s Union.
