John Gregory “Jay” Kilmartin is an American Republican serving in the South Carolina House of Representatives. Since 2022, he has represented the 85th district. Kilmartin is not only a dedicated public servant but also a successful businessman and restaurateur in Lexington County.1
Born on August 2, 1965, in Fort Myers, Florida, Kilmartin later made his home in Columbia, South Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in 1996.
