James Bacchus (born June 21, 1949) is a former Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from the state of Florida. He represented Florida’s 15th congressional district during the early 1990s, serving two consecutive terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 3, 1991, and concluded on January 3, 1995.
During his time in office, Bacchus served as a Representative for Florida’s 15th district under the Democratic Party label. He is recorded as a historical member of Congress, with his service spanning a period of four years. After leaving office in 1995, he did not return to Congress and is listed as a former officeholder.
