James Bacchus (born June 21, 1949) is a former Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from the state of Florida. He represented Florida’s 15th congressional district during the early 1990s, serving two consecutive terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 3, 1991, and concluded on January 3, 1995.

During his time in office, Bacchus served as a Representative for Florida’s 15th district under the Democratic Party label.
