Jackie Larson serves as a Republican Representative for District 64 in the Utah state legislature.
Larson was sworn in to the Utah House of Representatives in May 2026, filling the District 64 seat vacated by Representative Jeff Burton after she won a Utah Republican Party convention vote in April. She is a wife, mother of two, healthcare professional and sixth-generation farmer’s wife raising the seventh generation in southern Utah County. Her family has farmed in the Leland, Spanish Fork and Salem area for generations, and she and her husband operate Seven Bar Farming while raising their family in Spanish Fork. Larson has more than 14 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, specializing in reimbursement compliance, audits and complex insurance issues. She is a board member of the Utah County Farm Bureau and has worked with farmers, ranchers, irrigation companies, water users and local governments on agriculture, water rights, infrastructure and land use.
