Jack Quinn (born April 13, 1951) is a former American politician who represented New York in the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. Representative for New York’s 27th Congressional District from January 5, 1993, to January 3, 2005. Over the course of his congressional tenure, Quinn completed six terms in office.

During his time in Congress, Quinn served as a Republican representative from New York, focusing his work through the role of a member of the House of Representatives.
