Horace Franklin Bartine (born March 21, 1848) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Nevada. He represented Nevada’s At-Large district and served as a historical member of Congress during the late nineteenth century. His tenure in federal office marked an important period in Nevada’s early representation at the national level.
Bartine served as a Representative from December 2, 1889, to March 3, 1893, completing two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. During this time, he was affiliated with the Republican Party and held office as a federal legislator for the state of Nevada.
