Gregory Myhre is an American realtor and Republican Party politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly for the 9th legislative district, having taken office on January 9, 2024. Myhre has been a resident of Stafford Township, New Jersey, and served as the township’s mayor.

He lives in Ocean Acres, New Jersey, and earned a B.S. in geography from the University of Maryland. Myhre’s career experience includes working as a licensed realtor, small business owner, and operations manager. He was elected mayor of Stafford Township, where he serves as the head of the executive branch and the face of the community.

In the 2023 New Jersey General Assembly election, Myhre, along with incumbent Brian E. Rumpf, defeated Democrats Joseph Atura and Sarah ‘Sally’ Collins. The 9th legislative district is represented by Senator Carmen Amato, Assemblyman Greg Myhre, and Assemblyman Brian E. Rumpf for the 2024-2025 Legislative Session.
