Glenn Jeffries is an American politician who has been serving as a member of the West Virginia Senate since January 11, 2017. Representing the 8th district, he first won office by defeating the incumbent Republican Chris Walters in 2016 and was subsequently re-elected in 2020.

Born on July 15, 1961, in South Charleston, West Virginia, Glenn Jeffries initially identified as a Democrat. However, in December 2022, he switched party affiliations and became a Republican

Professionally, Jeffries is a businessman and contractor who runs Cornerstone Interiors in Red House, Putnam County[^2^][2]. He attended Poca High School and is an alumnus of West Virginia State University. Glenn Jeffries is married to Sherry G. Jeffries and has several children and grandchildren.
