Gerald Thomas Flynn (born October 7, 1910) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin. He represented Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District during the 86th Congress, serving a single term in federal office. His tenure in the House began on January 7, 1959, and concluded on January 3, 1961.

As a representative, Flynn served in the U.S. Congress as part of the Democratic Party delegation from Wisconsin. His service in the House marked his principal role in national politics, and he is recorded as a historical member of Congress for the state. After his term ended in 1961, he did not return to Congress and is regarded as a former officeholder.
