George Arthur Neeley (born August 1, 1879) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Kansas. He represented Kansas’s 7th Congressional District and served as a Representative in the U.S. Congress from April 4, 1911, to March 3, 1915. Over the course of his tenure, he completed two terms in office.

Neeley’s service in Congress placed him among the historical members of Congress from Kansas in the early twentieth century. As a Democratic Representative for the 7th District, he participated in national legislative affairs during a period of significant political and social change.
