Fred Baldwin is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming Senate representing District 14 since January 10, 2017. He previously served in the Wyoming House of Representatives for one term.

Baldwin has been an active member of the Wyoming Senate, serving on the Senate Labor, Health & Social Services Committee throughout his tenure. He hails from Afton, Wyoming, and resides in Kemmerer, Wyoming. As a physician assistant, he has contributed to the South Lincoln Medical Center.
