Frank Melvin Karsten (born January 7, 1913) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Missouri. He represented Missouri’s 1st Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the mid-twentieth century. Identified in congressional records by the bioguide ID K000013, Karsten was part of the Democratic Party’s delegation from Missouri in the U.S. Congress.
