Foy Bryan Gadberry is a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for District 15, which encompasses Calhoun, Claiborne, and parts of West Monroe. He succeeded outgoing Republican Representative Frank Hoffman, who was term limited and ineligible to run for re-election, on January 8, 2020.

He is a civil engineer and land surveyor by profession, with a B.A. in Architecture and a B.S. in Civil Engineering. As a legislator, Gadberry has been assigned to several committees. He is the Chairman of the Municipal, Parochial and Cultural Affairs committee and also serves on the House and Governmental Affairs committee.
Gadberry is a part of the Louisiana Republican Legislative Delegation and the Louisiana Rural Caucus. He was first elected in 2019 and is eligible to serve through the 2028 term. His tenure began on January 13, 2020, and his current term ends on January 10, 2028.
In the primary election held on October 14, 2023, Gadberry won re-election to the Louisiana House of Representatives to represent District 15 outright, after the general election was canceled. He won the election outright against Randall Scott Robinson with 54.5% of the votes.
