Emily Phillips is an American politician who serves as a Republican member for the Rockingham 7th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She assumed office on December 7, 2022.

Emily was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Fremont, New Hampshire with her husband Tyler, and their three children. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryant University and runs her fourth-generation family business located in Derry, New Hampshire.

Emily has been active in her local community for over 6 years. She has fought for New Hampshire families as a school board and budget committee member and is currently serving the community as a State Representative on the Special Committee on Childcare. She is a proven conservative leader rising to Assistant Majority Leader of the NH House and fighting for legislation like Parental Rights, Health Freedom, and against Government overreach.

Emily bravely opposes progressive agendas in Concord, advocating for legislation to maintain New Hampshire’s status as the freest state in the union. Her career experience includes working as a president and CEO. Emily has been affiliated with NFIB.
