Elias Warner Leavenworth (born December 20, 1803) was a Republican politician who represented New York in the United States House of Representatives during the Forty-fourth Congress. Serving as a member of the House from December 6, 1875, to March 3, 1877, he held office as the representative for New York’s 25th Congressional District. His tenure in Congress marked his role in national legislative affairs during the mid-1870s.
