Eileen Kelly is a member of the Democratic Party serving in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She represents Merrimack District 8. Eileen assumed office on December 4, 2024, and her current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Eileen Kelly has a long history of public service and community involvement. Before her election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives, she served as the Chief of Staff to the New Hampshire Speaker of the House and worked as a Senior Legislative Policy Assistant for nearly two decades. Her extensive experience in legislative processes and policy-making has made her a respected figure in her community and among her peers.

Beyond her professional roles, Eileen has been actively involved in various civic and nonprofit organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for New Hampshire Hunger Solutions and the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.
