Edward Young Parsons (born December 12, 1842) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Kentucky. Representing Kentucky’s 5th Congressional District, he served a single term in the Forty-Fourth Congress. His tenure in office began on December 6, 1875, and concluded on March 3, 1877.

During this period, Parsons held the role of Representative, participating in the national legislative process as part of the Democratic Party.
