Drew Derrick Hansen (born 1972/1973) is an American lawyer, author, and politician serving as a member of the Washington Senate from the 23rd district since 2023. Prior to his Senate position, he represented the same district in the Washington House of Representatives.

Hansen’s commitment to public service has been unwavering. Since 2011, he has dedicated himself to improving the lives of his constituents in Kitsap County. His focus lies in creating opportunities for people to receive quality training for good jobs that support their families.

During his tenure in the House of Representatives, Hansen chaired the House Civil Rights & Judiciary Committee (since 2020) and the House Higher Education Committee (from 2014 to 2020).
