Biography: Donnie Loftis hails from Gaston County and currently resides in Gastonia with his wife, Deena, whom he has been married to for over 43 years. They have one daughter named Kamryn. Prior to his political career, Loftis served in the U.S. Army during the war in Iraq, demonstrating his dedication to public service and duty.

His professional experience includes serving as the chair of the CaroMont Health board and as a Gaston County commissioner. As a leader in the community, he has worked tirelessly to improve healthcare services and address local governance issues.
