Donald Bouchard, also known as Don, is a member of the Democratic Party and serves as a representative for the Hillsborough 24th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term is set to end on December 4, 2024.
Before his current tenure, Bouchard served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives for the Hillsborough 11th district from 2018 until December 7, 2022. He ran for re-election to represent Hillsborough 24 and won in the general election held on November 8, 2022.
In addition to his political career, Bouchard has experience working as a physical science teacher. His career in education spans 45 years, during which he has also served as a local president and negotiator with a National Education Association/New Hampshire region council.
Throughout his tenure, Bouchard has been assigned to the Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services Committee for the years 2019-2020, 2021-2022, and 2023-2024. His work in these committees reflects his commitment to labor rights and industrial rehabilitation.
