Kelley is a member of the Republican Party and ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Hillsborough 32. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

She earned a B.S. from California State University at Channel Islands in 2009. Kelley’s career experience includes working as a real estate agent.
