Derrick Hildebrant is a member of the Republican Party serving in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He represents District 23 and assumed office on November 20, 2024. His current term is set to end on November 18, 2026.
Derrick Hildebrant has a distinguished background that combines public service, education, and professional expertise. Before entering politics, he served in the U.S. Air National Guard from 1998 to 2024, dedicating over two decades to his country. His academic journey is equally impressive, having earned a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in 2008. He further pursued his passion for theology, obtaining two master’s degrees from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2017 and 2023, followed by a Ph.D. in 2024.
In addition to his military and academic achievements, Hildebrant has worked as a Bible translation consultant, showcasing his commitment to faith and education. His career reflects a deep dedication to serving both his community and his beliefs. As a legislator, he brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he continues to advocate for the values and priorities of his constituents in District 23.
