David Silvers is a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 89. He assumed office on November 8, 2022, and his current term ends on November 5, 2024. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

David Silvers was born in Miami Beach, Florida, and currently resides in Lake Clarke Shores, Florida. He earned a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida in 2001 and a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Miami in 2005. His career experience includes working as a business executive.

In addition to his professional career, Silvers has volunteered with Meals on Wheels and Helping Hands and has been affiliated with the Economic Council of Palm Beach County. His recreational interests include photography, sports, and travel.

In terms of his legislative service, Silvers was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2016 and has been reelected subsequently. During his tenure, he has served on several committees, including the House Appropriations Committee, Public Integrity & Elections Committee, Ways and Means Committee, and Commerce Committee.

Silvers is also running for election to the Florida State Senate to represent District 26 and has declared his candidacy for the 2026 election.
