David Lowe’s journey to public service is deeply rooted in his commitment to conservative values and his dedication to the people of Texas. Born and raised in Dallas County, Lowe’s early life was marked by resilience and determination. Adopted at a young age, he grew up with a strong sense of community and responsibility. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he served as a Military Policeman. His military career included four overseas tours, two of which were combat deployments to Afghanistan. Lowe retired from the Army in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in leadership and discipline.

Following his military service, Lowe transitioned to a career in law enforcement. He graduated from the Texas Peace Officer’s Academy in 2018 and worked in both adult and juvenile detention facilities. Starting as a volunteer for the Dallas County Republican Party in 2016, he quickly rose through the ranks due to his unwavering dedication. By 2020, he was appointed as the North Texas Regional Director for the Republican Party of Texas, where he oversaw grassroots efforts and party operations across the region. He also served as a precinct chair in both Dallas and Tarrant counties, demonstrating his ability to engage voters and strengthen the conservative movement.

Academically, Lowe pursued higher education to enhance his understanding of policy and governance. He earned a bachelor’s degree from American Military University in 2018, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective leadership.
