David Rudolph Hiott (born October 20, 1960) is an American politician. He represents the 4th District in the South Carolina House of Representatives, covering parts of Pickens and Pickens County. Hiott has been serving in this capacity since 2005. Notably, he holds the position of Majority Leader within the Republican party.
