Dan Furphy is an American politician serving as a member of the Wyoming Senate from the 10th district since January 4, 2021. He is a member of the Republican Party. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Furphy served as president of the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance. He also served on the Laramie City Council from 1999 to 2000. In addition to his current role in the Senate, Furphy previously represented the 14th district in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 2017 to 2021.
