Corina Lorraine Magofna is an independent member of the Northern Mariana Islands Senate representing the Third Senatorial District of Saipan and the Northern Islands. She entered the Legislature by winning an October 2021 special election for a House seat in Precinct 3 as a Democrat, then was elected to the Senate as an independent in 2022 and took office on January 9, 2023. She served as Senate Floor Leader during the 23rd Commonwealth Legislature and became Senate Vice President in July 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Phoenix and previously worked as budget officer at the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation.
