Chris McAleer is a member of the Democratic Party and currently serves in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Carroll 2. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Before his current tenure, he served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives for Carroll 7. His service in this position ended on December 7, 2022, when he assumed his current office.

McAleer’s educational background includes a degree in economics from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. His professional experience is diverse and includes roles as a registered representative in the financial services industry and a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

In the 2023-2024 term, McAleer was assigned to the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee. He also served on the same committee in the 2021-2022 term.
