Biography

Chris Gildon, born in 1971, is an American politician serving as the State Senator for Washington’s 25th legislative district. Prior to his service in the Senate, Gildon spent one term in the Washington House of Representatives from 2019 to 2021.

Early Life and Career: Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Texas. He also holds a master’s degree in public administration from Webster University and a master of strategic security studies from the National Defense University. Gildon is a veteran of the United States Army, having served for 23 years. During his military service, he was deployed overseas five times and received the bronze star medal twice.
