Born in Hermann, Missouri, Cecelie grew up with strong Midwestern values. She graduated from Grandview High School in 1999, laying the foundation for her future endeavors. Her professional journey began in the insurance industry, where she worked for seven years as a licensed insurance agent in St. Louis. This experience honed her skills in business and customer service, preparing her for the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Cecelie is the owner of Turf One Landscape Management, a successful business based in Cedar Hill. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have made her a respected figure in her field. Beyond her professional achievements, Cecelie is deeply rooted in her community and values family above all else. She and her husband, Rich, reside in Dittmer, Missouri, where they are raising their seven children: Angelina, Josiah, Ellie, Jaiden, Jaren, Austin, and Sophia. They are also proud grandparents to two grandchildren, Charlie and Zavier.
