He ran for election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Grafton 10 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Carroll Brown Jr. was born in Hampton, New Hampshire, and currently resides in Bristol, New Hampshire. His career experience includes working with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and as a musician. He has served on the Town of Bristol Conservation Commission, as the chair of the Town of Bristol Selectboard, and as a little league coach and umpire.
