Cap Robert Carden (born December 17, 1866) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Kentucky. Representing Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District, he served as a federal legislator during the early 1930s, a period marked by the Great Depression and significant national political realignment. His tenure in Congress identifies him as a historical member of the House of Representatives from Kentucky.
