Biography

Bram Kleppner’s business career included 13 years as CEO of Danforth Pewter and 10 years at Ben & Jerry’s leading international marketing. His public policy career has encompassed two years on the Governor’s Business Advisory Council on Health Care Financing, five years as Co-Chair of Vermont’s Medicaid & Exchange Advisory Board, two years as a commissioner on the Vermont Tax Structure Commission, and three years on the Vermont Climate Council, representing Vermont manufacturers. Bram’s nonprofit work included seven years as Board Chair at the Population Media Center, and he has served for many years as a judge at UVM’s Global Family Business Case Competition. He is a graduate of Middlebury College (BA) and the University of Vermont (MBA) and lives in Burlington with his family.
