Biography

Bradley Matthew Hawkins (born November 16, 1975) is an American politician of the Republican Party. He is a member of the Washington State Senate and a former member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 12th Legislative District from 2013–2017.

About Brad Hawkins: Brad grew up in the Wenatchee Valley and received his K-12 education in the Wenatchee School District. After graduating magna cum laude from Central Washington University, he completed his Master’s in Public Administration at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Brad returned to the Wenatchee Valley after graduation.

Brad was elected to the House of Representatives in 2012 and to the State Senate in 2016. Prior to being elected to the Legislature, Brad served for 10 years on local school boards, including the North Central Educational Service District and Eastmont School District, including two years as board president.

Personal life: Hawkins’ wife is Shawna Hawkins. They have two children. Hawkins and his family live in East Wenatchee, Washington.
