State Sen. Blake Doriot is the representative for Senate District 12, encompassing portions of Elkhart County.
Elected to the Indiana State Senate in 2016, Doriot plays a key role as the ranking member of the Senate Committee on Pensions and Labor. Additionally, he is an active participant in various Senate Committees, including Agriculture; Commerce and Technology; Homeland Security and Transportation; Natural Resources; Utilities; and Veterans Affairs and The Military.
Doriot holds a bachelor’s degree in construction from Purdue University and is the owner of B. Doriot & Associates Land Surveying, Inc.
Outside of his legislative duties, Doriot is a member of the Casa Elkhart County Caps and has served as a past grand knight for the Knights of Columbus.
Residing in Goshen with his wife, Kelli, Doriot is a proud parent of three daughters, one son, and enjoys the company of seven grandchildren.
