Biography

Blaine Wilhour is a member of the Republican Party and currently serves as a representative for the 110th District in the Illinois House of Representatives. He assumed office in January 2019 and continues to serve till present.

Born on March 10, 1982, Blaine is a native of Altamont, Illinois. He completed his high school education at St. Elmo High School. From 1999 to 2005, he served in the Illinois Army National Guard.

Before his political career, Blaine was a business owner and worked as a managing partner with a post-frame construction company. He also has experience in farming. He served on the Fayette County Board prior to his tenure in the Illinois House of Representatives.

In the Springfield Office, he operates from the 213-N Stratton Office Building, Springfield, IL 62706. He also maintains a District Office at 152 South Church Street, P.O. Box I, Louisville, IL 62858.

During his tenure, he has served on several committees including Approp-Elementary & Secondary Educ (as Republican Spokesperson), Elem Sec Ed: School Curric Policies, Energy & Environment, Ethics & Elections, Labor & Commerce, Personnel & Pensions, Small Business, Tech Innovation (as Republican Spokesperson), and Job Growth & Workforce Development.

Blaine Wilhour is married and is a proud father of three sons.
