Bill Teeter serves as a Republican Representative for District 44 in the Arkansas state legislature.
Teeter was sworn in on August 17, 2026, after winning a special election to serve the remainder of the term of Representative Stan Berry, who died in March 2026. He is serving his first term in the Arkansas House, representing District 44, which includes portions of Pope and Van Buren counties. Teeter, of Russellville, is retired from emergency management; before retiring in 2025, he held a number of jobs in county government, most recently as assistant director of the Pope County Office of Emergency Management. He serves on the House committees on Public Transportation and on State Agencies and Governmental Affairs.
