Biography: Residing in Yarmouth, Maine, Arthur Bell is a graduate of Colby College, where he earned a B.A. in math and economics in 1974. Subsequently, he pursued an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976. With a background in corporate finance, Bell has contributed to various capacities in his community. His involvement includes serving on the Yarmouth History Society Board, the Royal River Alliance, and the Yarmouth Senior Housing Board.
