Allen Slagle is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing the 2nd district since January 10, 2023. He resides in Douglas, Wyoming, and has a background as a rancher. Slagle earned a degree in farm and ranch management from the University of Wyoming in 1989. His career experience includes working in the agricultural industry. He won the general election on November 8, 2022, unopposed. Slagle is also a member of the House Agriculture, State and Public Lands, and Water Resources committee. His views align with those of his fellow Freedom Caucus members, particularly on private property rights.
