Rep. Alex Finkelman (D-Dist. 74, Jamestown, Middletown) was elected to the Rhode Island House of Representatives in November 2022. He is a member of the House Corporations Committee and the House Small Business Committee.
He is a graduate of the Providence Country Day School in East Providence and the University of Hartford with a degree in Insurance and Finance.
Born on February 13, 1986, he is the Owner/President of The Egis Insurance Group, specializing in insurance, consulting, and employee benefits. Representative Finkelman previously served on the Jamestown Zoning Board.
He is married to his wife Denise and is the father of Oliver and Andre.
