Aaron Holley serves as a Republican Representative for District 22 in the West Virginia state legislature.
Aaron Holley was appointed by Governor Patrick Morrisey to the West Virginia House of Delegates to fill the unexpired term of Delegate Daniel Linville, who resigned to join the governor’s staff, and he took the oath of office on July 28, 2026. Holley had defeated Linville in the May 2026 Republican primary for the seat. District 22 is in Cabell County. Holley is a longtime employee of CSX.
